Raptor Roofing is a new and relatively small start-up insurance restoration company with two years now under it's belt. In just our first 2 years we have closed over 6 million in sold roofs! With our rapid growth we are now ready this year to hire additional outside sales reps to help us expand even further. We have helped hundreds of homeowners throughout the state of Utah to replace their roofs with a 5-star reputation!
Becoming an Outside Sales Rep requires a high level of self-discipline and self-accountability. An Outside Sales Reps must be able to talk to people and network. Outside Sales Reps can't be afraid to knock on a door and talk to homeowners. Outside Sales Reps are rarely in the office and are primarily traveling within their county, finding homes and identifying wind damage. Outside Sales Reps must be able to knock on a door and professionally, and clearly give homeowners options to replace their roof. Outside Sales Reps must be independent and self motivated. Outside Sales Reps must be able to take correction and know how to set goals.
This is not a typical sales job that requires you to clock-in, clock-out, and dream of the holidays. You are responsible for your time management and get the freedom that comes with that as long as sales goals are being met. This can either be a good paying stepping stone while in school, or a long term career that you can provide a lifestyle you'd like for your family. Everyone needs a roof. It's only a matter of time!

- Able to pass a drug test
- Able to climb a ladder and inspect a roof
COMPENSATION:
We offer two compensation packages to best meet the needs of each member of our team. A salesman can choose to take either full commission or base salary + commission.
- 8-10% commission DOE
- Base salary $15-18/hr DOE + 3% commission
Average performance from a salesman is 2 sales per week, average roof sale in Utah is $15,000.
